who are you?

A woman climbing a cliff face with determination while her partner belays from below, both connected by a rope

she's climbing toward the summit.
you're the one holding the rope.
she's climbing toward the summit.
he's the one holding the rope.

that's not a supporting role — the belayer is what makes the summit possible. you just needed a guide. that's not a supporting role — the belayer is what makes the summit possible. he just needed a guide.

belayer

the person who secures the climber by managing the rope. "i've got you."

every pregnancy app is built for her. what about you? he wants to help. he just doesn't know how.

you want to help. you just don't know where to start. he's not going to download a pink pregnancy app. and he shouldn't have to.

nobody prepared you for this. so we built the guide that does. there's finally an app that meets him where he is. and it's actually good.

a trail guide. an ai coach. a toolkit built for you.

the backbone

92 weeks. every one mapped.

know exactly what's happening this week — your baby, your partner, what you can actually do. not a textbook. a trail guide. every week, he'll know exactly what's happening — your baby, how you're feeling, and what he can actually do to help.

free for everyone. always.

The trail — trimester progress bar with weekly waypoints mapped out

your baby this week

what's growing, what's changing, and all the weird-cool stuff happening.

how she's feeling how you're feeling

the real stuff — symptoms, emotions, what she might not say out loud. real talk about what's happening in your body and mind this week.

what you can do what he can do

actual moves. not "be supportive" — specific things that actually help this week. specific actions, not generic advice. things that actually help this week.

The Ranger — your AI trail coach

the ranger

your trail coach for the hard questions. a trail coach for the questions he's afraid to ask.

not generic tips — real conversations about what's happening right now, in your week, with your situation. every question he's embarrassed to google, every scenario he hasn't prepared for — answered by an AI that actually knows his week.

reads your birth plan answers and checks in after the appointments that matter

notices when your mood dips three days in a row — and reaches out before you ask

already knows your birth plan, your values, and your postpartum setup — so every conversation starts from where you actually are

"what do i say when she's in pain?" "is this normal at week 28?" "how do i install the car seat?"
"we haven't really talked in a while" "how do i bring up how i'm feeling?" "what does she actually need right now?"
A warm campfire scene in the mountains — the Ranger's domain

some questions need a campfire, not a search engine.

Two dads sitting at a campfire under the stars — the Campfire Circle

campfire circle

an anonymous circle of partners on the same trail. an anonymous circle of partners — all figuring it out together.

no profiles. no judgement. just honest conversations from people who get it. no profiles. no judgement. a space where partners actually talk about what they're going through.

overheard at the campfire

"I thought I was the only one who felt guilty about being tired."

"knowing someone else was awake at 3am made the whole difference."

"I finally asked the dumb question. turns out it wasn't dumb."

campfire talks

pregnancy can pull you apart.
these bring you back together.
pregnancy can pull you apart.
these help him bring you back together.

guided prompts for the conversations you want to have but don't know how to start. guided prompts that help him say the things he wants to say but doesn't know how.

"what are you most afraid of that you haven't said out loud?"

week 24

"what did your parents get right that you want to repeat?"

week 16

"what does a good first week home look like to you?"

week 34

52 guided conversations. one for every week.

the descent

most apps quit at delivery.

the hardest part is just beginning.

paternal depression rates

8%

months 1-3

26%

months 3-6

paternal depression triples — right when leave ends and support disappears.

the 3-6 month mark is the danger zone. sleep regression hits. friends stop checking in. every other app has already quit. belay stays with you for 52 weeks after birth — because showing up doesn't stop at the summit.

the 3-6 month mark is the danger zone. sleep regression hits. friends stop checking in. belay stays for 52 weeks after birth. your partner will have support long after everyone else stops checking in.

The Ranger says: most apps stop at the summit. we don't. your trail is ready.

trail gear

An open backpack with maps, compass, first aid kit, and journal spilling out

your gear unlocks as you move through the trek.

not everything at once — each tool appears at the moment you need it most.

why i built this the partner who built this

I built Belay because I was that partner. Sitting in the OB waiting room, scrolling Reddit at 2am, asking "what can I do?" and seeing her eyes glaze over. Every app was built for her. Every book assumed I'd figure it out. Nobody told me what was coming — or how to show up when it did. So I built the guide I wish I'd had.
